Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

wagdoku and its official website are operated by mewlo games, Singapore. Contact support@wagdoku.com. These terms apply from 16 October 2026. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The game is intended for people 13 and older, not children under 13. If you are below the legal age of majority or independent consent in your location, review these terms with a parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission the law requires. Local legal and App Store restrictions also apply.

2. Accounts, guest play and progress

Basic puzzle play can use a guest account and locally available content. Online rankings, cloud progress and other network features require connectivity. Optional Apple or Google sign-in is available only where enabled. Use an account you control and protect your device and sign-in provider account.

Cloud saves may conflict or fail to upload when offline. Do not rely on an unsynced local save surviving an uninstall or device change. Different provider identities or different game accounts are not automatically merged, even when they use the same email address. We may reject requests that do not belong to the authenticated account or are inconsistent with valid game records.

3. Permission to use the game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the game for lawful entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules. Game software, artwork, audio and other material remain protected by their respective owners' rights and applicable licences. You may not redistribute assets, resell access or use the service commercially without the necessary permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

4. Fair play and public profiles

Do not fabricate purchases or scores, tamper with account ownership, exploit rewards, impersonate others, use unlawful or abusive names, distribute harmful content, or interfere with service security and availability. Do not put private contact information or sensitive personal data in a public nickname.

Rankings reflect server-accepted results and may be corrected or reset for a competition period or invalid activity. Where reasonably necessary, we may remove an inappropriate nickname, reject invalid results or restrict abusive access. You can contact support about a mistake or restriction. Apple Game Center is a separate service governed by Apple's rules.

5. Game items and rewards

Coins, energy, hints, skins, rankings and other game benefits are for use within wagdoku. They are not cash, cash equivalents, transferable property or prizes redeemable outside the game. Rewards depend on the conditions shown in the app, including eligibility, prior claims, inventory limits, daily limits and per-run revive rules. Server-controlled rules may change prospectively to operate and balance the game, subject to applicable rights and any stated purchase commitments.

6. Ads and rewarded offers

Players without active VIP may see full-screen ads at natural transitions after eligible progress. Availability and frequency are controlled by the service. Rewarded videos are player-initiated and explain their benefit before viewing. Rewarded interstitial offers include a skip option; skipping does not remove the normal level-completion reward.

Ad rewards require the applicable SDK completion signal and claim rules. Ad loading, no fill, incomplete viewing or an ineligible claim may prevent the additional reward. A limited courtesy reward may be available after certain loading failures, but is not guaranteed. Refusing tracking does not prevent basic gameplay and does not guarantee that an ad will be available.

7. VIP options and benefits

Where offered, monthly and yearly VIP are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime VIP is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with no recurring renewal. The App Store purchase sheet displays the actual localized price and billing period before you confirm. Available plans, unlock progress and purchase eligibility are shown in the app; purchase and restoration require a signed-in game account.

Active VIP removes game advertising and lets you directly claim eligible ad rewards. It does not mean unlimited energy, items, revives or repeated claims: ordinary reward conditions, inventory limits and per-run rules still apply. Lifetime describes a non-expiring entitlement while the game service is provided, subject to valid purchase status and mandatory consumer rights. Buying lifetime VIP does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription.

8. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under Apple's applicable rules. Manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings; review the renewal date and terms on the purchase sheet. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewal and preserves access until the paid period ends, unless a refund, revocation or other applicable condition changes the entitlement. Trial or promotional terms, if offered, are those shown at purchase.

Deleting the app or game account does not cancel the subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

9. Restore purchases and request a refund

Use Restore purchases while signed in to the game account originally linked to the purchase. Valid subscription and lifetime purchases can be restored without a new purchase charge. A StoreKit success message alone does not bypass server verification; interrupted verification may require retrying or restoring. We cannot transfer a purchase to an unrelated game account merely because it uses the same device or Apple Account.

Apple handles refund requests under its rules and applicable law. Visit Apple's refund service. Refunds, revocations, expiry and billing status can change VIP access. Contact support for a delivery problem, without sending passwords or full purchase credentials. These terms do not exclude mandatory refund or consumer rights.

10. Account deletion

Use Settings → Account & cloud save (or Save game progress) → Delete account. Confirmation removes associated active game data and ends game sessions, as described in the Privacy Policy. Linked accounts may require fresh authentication. Deleted progress is not restored by a later sign-in or purchase restoration. Limited purchase ownership and refund records may be retained separately. Our deletion control does not automatically remove Apple Game Center scores or cancel App Store subscriptions.

11. Availability, changes and responsibility

Network failures, maintenance, device limitations and third-party service interruptions can affect play, saves, ads, purchases or rankings. We may update content and features and will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable and required. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service and manage any subscription through Apple.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an available basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by Singapore law, except that mandatory consumer protections and rights in your usual place of residence continue to apply. We do not require you to give up a court, complaint procedure or other remedy that applicable law protects.
